When you let go of the unneeded stress

You need to make a repeated and conscious effort to stop yourself from worrying about thing outside your control. God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference.
 
Worry is meditating on the negative. when you hear “what i” ___goes wrong or happens?”. reply: “what if it doesn’t?” rebuke the worry and say “I’m not living like that anymore!” ~ Elizabeth Hollingsworth 
 
Life certainly becomes easier when your willing to let go of the unwanted past & the things that are & have been holding you back & yet it is true that through life & all of it’s uncertainties we do sadly go through life stressing about different things that are happening in life but if we choose to ignore the situations that are causing us sadness & pain & hurt from within ourselves & feel strong enough to by letting it go & to set ourselves free then we should never have a reason to let it worry us & that way in the end we can focus on exploring new opportunities that we never knew existed & live each & everyday as it comes & as long as we are happy & contempt with ones self them nothing else matters. ~ Amanda Tripney
