The unhealthy kind of worry is ruminating about an issue that is plaguing us without actually making any kind of progress especially when we have no control over the issue. This is in contrast to concern which is solution orientated. Concern focuses on solving the problem, addressing the issue. The point here is to be productive. ~ Brigitte Nicole
