Silence speaks louder than words sometimes!
The silence can sometimes mean the love and fight of what your trying to save just isn’t strong enough any more and it time to walk away.
After starting a new job last year, some of the coworkers were very hard on me. After forgetting about what they think I have excelled and feel comfortable in my work environment.
